Preschool Fundraiser

Help us raise scholarship money for Little Lights Preschool by purchasing gift cards through the Scrip program. Pick up an order form in the church office or at the Check-in Center at the north end of the building, fill it out and return it by the 2nd Monday of each month.  Please make checks payable to Little Lights Preschool. The school will get a percentage of each Gift Card sold and will use it to help families pay their monthly tuition.

— Class Descriptions


Beginners:

This class is designed to introduce your young preschooler to the classroom and separation from their parents. In this class, we work on introducing your child to the preschool basics in a fun, play-based setting. Your child will learn to express his or her needs, socialize with children their age, be introduced to a basic school schedule, and engage in developmentally appropriate activities. It is not necessary for your child to be potty-trained for this class.

Early Learners:

This class is designed to start your child’s love of learning through a developmentally appropriate curriculum featuring a variety of learning styles to keep your busy preschooler engaged and ready to learn. In this class, we will focus on classroom procedures, tracing, the alphabet, and basic math skills. We prefer children to be fully potty-trained for this class but will work on an individual basis with each student if he or she is not there yet.

Pre-K Classes:

These classes are designed to prepare your preschool-aged child for kindergarten the following year. This class focuses on the skills your child will need to master prior to the start of kindergarten. In this class, we will focus on developing your child academically, spiritually, socially, and physically through a fun, hands-on curriculum designed to engage your child in learning and promote their independence.
